PRICING OF PRODUCTS

For all stated packages, the contract begins to take effect on the date of service activation for the first term ("Initial Term"), which is one (1) year after the conclusion of the initial seven-day trial period. If the user chooses to extend the contract for the same term, the contract is automatically renewed using the Auto-renewal system at the conclusion of the Initial Term.

 

After signing the contract by registering on the website, the service charge amount—which comprises the Starter, Startup, Business, and Business Plus packages—must be paid. The user will manually pay for the service according to the monthly or quarterly prepaid plan that they have selected. 


The cost of the Internet connection is still the customer's obligation and is not included in the amounts owed to "ZeroGateway."

 

The customer must agree these terms of use at https://zerogateway.com in order for the SaaS service to be offered. When a "Buy Now" button is clicked during the service order process, the latter is considered to have acknowledged the data protection policy. 

The contractual relationship between the company and the customer is governed by these terms and conditions, which the customer accepts without objection.

 

TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT


In the event of serious misconduct that is not corrected within thirty (30) days of formal notice, "ZeroGateway" and the Customer may terminate the Contract, subject to public order provisions, provided that both parties are notified by registered letter acknowledging receipt of the misconduct or TOS violations. 

 

Serious misconduct may be defined as:

  • Failure to pay an invoice.
  • The customer's breach of the extent of the rights granted to him under the terms of the contract. 
  • A customer's attempt to compromise or damage the site's integrity 

Additionally, the defaulting Party agrees to reimburse the other Party for all substantiated losses incurred as a result of the contract's termination because the defaulting Party failed to fulfill its end of the bargain. 

 

 

TERMS OF REFUND 

We don't usually give refunds for our SAAS service packages, however under certain circumstances, the consumer might receive a partial or whole reimbursement.

  • If you sought a refund after inadvertently purchasing the subscription. 
  • You must get in touch with us at [email protected]within 24 hours in order to request your refund. 
  • https://zerogateway.com will have the last say, and no accusations will be made against it.
  • The user must email "Subscription Details and Cancellation Reason" within a day in order to be eligible for a refund. 
  • It could take up to 30 days for the reimbursement.
